Introducing the Caiman 40 Backpack, a waterproof, rugged, and spacious roll-top dry bag designed for everyday adventurers. With a generous 40-litre capacity, this backpack is packed with features that make it both highly functional and stylish. Its versatile design allows you to adjust the capacity by rolling the top, and you can secure the closure by clipping it together above or to the side, or using the additional over the top webbing straps.
The Caiman 40 is perfect for beach days, camping and walking in the rain. Its fully waterproof welded construction ensures that your gear stays dry in the main compartment, no matter the conditions.
Comfort is a priority with the Caiman 40. It features padded shoulder straps with convenient D-rings for additional gear attachments, a sternum strap and a waist strap, and a padded foam back panel with a airflow channels to keep you cool on the move.
Other features include a sturdy top carry handle, a front pocket with a water-resistant zip, a MOLLE / PALS compatible webbing grid on the front and daisy chain webbing on the sides. The backpack also boasts an elasticated webbing area on the front for attaching gear.
With two side bottle pockets capable of holding water bottles up to 8 cm in diameter, the Caiman 40 ensures you'll have everything you need for your journey.

How is this bag waterproof?
The main body of the backpack is made from a PVC tarpaulin material, which is completely waterproof. Rather than using traditional stitched seams the Caiman has welded joins which effectively make it seamless to the roll top.

Is it submersible?
No we don't recommend full submersion of this backpack as it is a roll top and has no zip seal.

No, it's only water resistant.
